Since Argentina is being talked about more these days, here is something that will make your jaw drop if you've never heard about it. One of the most powerful and notorious crime rings in the world in the late 19th and early 20th centuries was a Jewish Ashkenazi mafia organization called 'Zvi Migdal' (and sometimes 'Ashkenazum'). Their expertise? Trafficking young girls into prostitution across the globe (from Poland to India and New York; they even trafficked some Jewish Moroccan girls). The center of their operations was Buenos Aires, and for a while they were so powerful, and handed out so much bribe, they practically dominated Argentina's political system. Epstein was not a pioneer, you see. Zvi Migdal preceded him by more than a century. I was waiting a long time for someone to point out the similarity, but no one did, so there you go

From a failed coup, to a failed regime change operation and a failed attempt to kill diplomacy and send Iran, an isolated and sanctioned nation, back to the Stone Age, we have arrived at a point where Iran has now dictated the terms for a ceasefire to the US, has managed to put a leash on Israel as the first and only country in the world to protect its allies, has forced the US to unfreeze Iran’s assets and perhaps soon lift all sanctions and Trump to praise Iran to save his own face. Meanwhile, Iran has maintained its sovereignty and completely restored its image on the world stage like a phoenix rising from the ashes. As it stands today, this will go down in history as one of the greatest strategic achievements ever.

Tennis players live 9.7 years longer than sedentary people. Not 9.7 months. 9.7 years. Nearly a decade. The Copenhagen City Heart Study tracked 8,577 people for 25 years and ranked every sport by how much life it adds. Badminton: 6.2 years. Soccer: 4.7. Cycling: 3.7. Swimming: 3.4. Jogging: 3.2. Tennis almost triples jogging. A separate study of 80,000 adults found racket sports cut all-cause mortality by 47% and cardiovascular death by 56%. Swimming hit 41%. Aerobics hit 36%. The question is why racket sports destroy everything else. Three mechanisms stack on top of each other. First, the physical demands. A tennis rally requires explosive sprints, lateral cuts, and sustained aerobic output. You're training fast-twitch and slow-twitch muscle fibers simultaneously. Most cardio only trains one system. Second, the cognitive load. You're reading spin, predicting angles, adjusting position, and executing motor patterns in real-time. Your brain is solving spatial puzzles at 80+ mph. That hand-eye coordination and strategic processing builds neural connections that protect against cognitive decline. Third, and this is the one researchers keep coming back to: you literally cannot play alone. Every racket sport requires another person on the other side of the net. That forced social interaction triggers neurochemical benefits that solitary exercise cannot replicate. Strong social connection alone increases your chance of longevity by 50%. Jogging is you and your thoughts. Tennis is you, a strategic opponent, and a community. Dr. Daniel Amen is right. The data is overwhelming. If you want the single highest-ROI activity for a longer life, pick up a racket.

The Cholas then went on to surprise, storm and sack the ports of Sumatra, Takua Pa in Thailand and Kedah in Malaysia. During the raid, Rajendra captured and abducted the last of the powerful Sailendra kings in what was an apparently unprecedented long-distance overseas naval action by a South Asian state. Rajendra Chola was understandably proud of his overseas military achievements and the loot it had generated, and he had it all recorded on the south wall of his Great Temple at Tanjore in 1027. Almost everything we know about the Chola naval assault on Srivijaya, the great naval power of its day, comes from this one inscription, and while it is likely to present the achievements of Rajendra in the most flattering possible light, there is no reason to doubt the outlines of what it states. It commences by recounting Rajendra’s victorious campaigns within India that culminated in his march to the Ganges, and then turns its attention to Rajendra’s extraordinarily ambitious naval expedition to the Lands of Gold. ‘Having despatched many ships in the midst of rolling seas,’ it declares, ‘and having seized the king of Kedaram, together with the elephants of his glorious army, he [Rajendra] took Srivijaya with the large heaps of treasure which that king had accumulated, the “war gate” of the city, the “jewel gate” adorned with great splendour and the “gate of large jewels”.’ All three of these bejewelled gates were taken as loot and shipped back to the Chola capital of Tanjore in triumph. He then records that he also took and conquered a string of South-east Asian ports, including: Pannai with waters lapping against its landing ghats… Ancient Malaiyur with a strong mountain for its rampart, Great Yirudingam surrounded by the deep sea as a moat… Lankasokam that is undaunted in fierce battles… Great Pappalam having abundant high waters as defence… Valaippanduru with cultivated field and jungle… Takkolam, praised by men versed in the sciences Great Tamalingam, firm in great and fierce battles… Lamuridesam [Aceh], of fierce strength and impetuous nature… Great Nakkavaram, full of gardens overflowing with honey… Kedaram [Kedah], of fierce strength, protected by the sea... Six of the places named seem to be on the Malay peninsula, four in Sumatra and one in the Nicobar islands. The Cholas may also have landed in what is now Singapore, where an inscribed boulder bears one of Rajendra Chola’s many titles. It was a raid, not an outright conquest, but it marked the end of the glory days of Srivijayan power, and hugely strengthened the hand of the Chola guilds who may well have initiated the entire assault.

The method used to eliminate the eleven scientists is consistent with established Mossad practices. The agency has long demonstrated a preference for precise, low-visibility operations, including remote-controlled weaponry, orchestrated “accidents,” targeted toxins, and the use of layered intermediaries to maintain deniability. Israel is fully aware that U.S. public opinion is steadily shifting against the “special relationship,” which has entangled the United States in endless wars, and that the existing model of lobbying and intimidation used to sustain it is becoming unsustainable in the face of rising “Israel fatigue.” So by removing key figures in sensitive U.S. military and technological programs, Israel aims to weaken America’s edge in next-generation systems and foster dependency. A U.S. increasingly reliant on Israeli technology, joint development, and intelligence integration becomes easier to influence in matters of policy. Mossad’s infiltration of the CIA will, much like in numerous unresolved cases over past decades, most certainly divert the course of investigations, leaving the public without clear answers. The truth will almost certainly never come to light, and this pattern is likely to persist, even across other high-tech domains.

They call it "the international community." Whenever Washington wants to suggest that its position represents something beyond its own interests, it invokes "the international community." The international community is concerned. The international community condemns. The international community demands. "The international community" is approximately forty countries, most of them wealthy, most of them in the North Atlantic, most of them either dependent on American security guarantees or too economically entangled with the U.S. to afford disagreement. The other 150-odd countries, the countries where most of the human beings on earth actually live, are not the international community when they disagree. They are "rogue states," "failed states," "authoritarian states," "problematic states." When the Global South speaks, it is not the international community. When the United States speaks, even alone, it is. This is not a semantic complaint. This is the entire structure of how imperial power legitimizes itself in a post-colonial era. You cannot say "do this because we are powerful and you are not." So instead you say, "Do this because the international community demands it," and then you control the definition of the international community. The trick works because the media that reports it shares the same definition. And the populations that consume that media never think to ask who exactly is in this "community," and who decided, and when, and whether anyone asked the eight billion people who live outside it.

Strange cancers are beginning to spread among Palestinians in Gaza, likely due to the toxic pollution of Israeli weapons and chemicals sprayed, added to inadequate nutrition. How long will the world allow this holocaust to continue? Why is there such impunity for the perpetrator? Is it because Jews are committing it? Or because the victims are indigenous brown people?

🇺🇸 A scoop of meat and a tortilla. This image was shared by a U.S. Marine deployed aboard the USS Tripoli and later posted by USA Today. The second image shows a dinner served on the USS Abraham Lincoln, sent to family members by a service member on board. U.S. service members have reported poor-quality food and small portions during an extended deployment near Iran. Due to prolonged operations and strained supply lines, crews are relying on limited resupply at sea, resulting in rationing and declining morale. Families have attempted to send care packages, but many are not reaching their destinations. The U.S. Postal Service and the Military Postal Service Agency suspended deliveries at the beginning of April due to airspace closures and other logistical challenges related to the ongoing conflict.

Salman al-Farisi wrote to Abu Darda رضي الله عنهما: To proceed, You shall never attain what you desire except by abandoning what you crave, and you shall never reach what you hope for except by exercising patience toward what you dislike. Therefore, let your speech be dhikr, let your silence be contemplation, and let your gaze be a lesson. Know that the most helpless of people is he who follows his nafs's base desires and then expects الله to fulfill his vain wishes. The wisest among them is he who exhausts his nafs [in obedience] and works for what comes after death." Bahjat al-Majalis wa Uns al-Majalis by Ibn ‘Abd al-Barr.

In 1900, John D. Rockefeller controlled approximately 90 percent of all petroleum refining in the United States. He was, by some calculations, the richest private individual who had ever lived. He had a problem. Scientists were discovering that compounds derived from coal tar, a petroleum byproduct, could be used as synthetic medicines. Aspirin, derived from coal tar, had been launched by Bayer in 1899. The petroleum waste stream Rockefeller had previously had to dispose of could now be sold back to the public as medicine at a markup of roughly 10,000 percent. He had another problem. American medicine in 1900 was a competitive ecosystem of homeopaths, herbalists, naturopaths, osteopaths, midwives, and traditional doctors who used food, plants, water, and lifestyle as the primary tools of healing. Approximately half of all American medical schools taught some form of natural or alternative medicine. Rockefeller bought into the German pharmaceutical industry, eventually taking a substantial stake in IG Farben, the conglomerate that included Bayer, BASF, and Hoechst. He then commissioned a report. The report was written by Abraham Flexner, an educator with no medical training, funded by the Rockefeller and Carnegie Foundations, and published in 1910. It declared that natural and alternative medical schools were unscientific quackery. It recommended the closure of more than half of all American medical schools and the standardisation of the rest around medicine based on synthetic patented drugs. Congress acted. Half of American medical schools closed within a decade. The remainder accepted Rockefeller and Carnegie funding on the condition that their curricula be reorganised around pharmaceutical treatment. Nutrition was removed. Herbal medicine was removed. Lifestyle intervention was removed. The doctor's job was redefined: diagnose the symptom, prescribe the drug. The drugs were petroleum-derived. The petroleum was supplied by Rockefeller-controlled refineries. The medical schools were funded by Rockefeller. The journals were funded by Rockefeller. The AMA was supported by Rockefeller. The hospitals were funded by Rockefeller. By 1925, the American medical system was a vertically integrated extension of the petroleum industry, operating under the marketing slogan that it was scientific. This is the system that exists today. The pharmaceutical industry generates approximately $1.5 trillion in annual revenue. The American population, 4 percent of the global total, consumes approximately 50 percent of all pharmaceuticals manufactured. The system was not designed to make people healthy. The system was designed to manage symptoms in a way that produces lifetime customers. A healthy patient is a former customer. A managed patient, who takes the pill every day for the rest of their life, is an annuity. The objective has always been to keep you in that profitable corridor between healthy and dead. Long enough to keep buying. Not so well that you stop. The doctor who advises you to fix your metabolism by changing your diet is, from the point of view of the system that trained him, a defective product. The doctor who prescribes you a statin, a metformin, an antidepressant, and a blood pressure medication for life is performing exactly as designed. The system was designed by an oil baron who needed to sell the waste products of his refineries. It still functions, 116 years after the Flexner Report, exactly the way he designed it. You are the customer. The corridor is where you live.

I just watched a video of a young man from South Lebanon who stepped out of a car in the middle of the road & ran into a field, a few metres away, before a drone struck him there. He ran so as not to put anyone around him in danger, & ran straight into his death, deliberately, before ascending as a Martyr. The truth is that “Israel” has been hunting the best of us down because they dare defend us, our land, & our freedom, & because they have chosen to stand in the way of its expansionist project, rather than passively waiting on the empty illusion of negotiations we have been fed for eight decades. No one can, in seriousness, distort reality & claim otherwise, & argue that anything short of a firm refusal to accept “Israel” as a fait accompli imposed over our dead bodies is the reason behind our community’s political & military organisation.
