Slept great. Woke up feeling a little bit more energetic than usual. Still takes getting used to but so far, I’m a fan

Over the last month since losing my job I started focusing on myelf:
-Have lost 15lbs and eating better
-Read/Listen to 1hr of educational podcast daily
-Have started to learn a second language (little progress)
-Have had promising job interviews
-Touching grass is great
