Some dipshit has stolen a stack of brass plaques from the Quorn cemetery. Keep an eye out for travelling packs of scum bags & report if you see anything suspicious.

@flissmcleod If you hit it with a hairdryer you should be able to get it hotter 😜 Not sure direct sunlight on the bulb and surrounded by metal makes it too official though 😉

Dear Govt, Please do not inflict more cost and regulatory burden on farmers by further tightening firearm laws. Treat the cause, not the symptom.

@stationmum101 Back when I was taking a break from contracting and living in Canada for a stint, I got a message from one of the guys at a station I use to cook at when mustering there. Just to let me know that the freezer stash of lasagna and pizza I’d made had run out!

Yes I’ve been fairly quiet on here the last couple of years… but for very good reasons!

@DavidSandow1 @breaker0ne9 Even worse is when they are combined with the sheep looking straight at the woolshed… I definitely saw a difference with this between Coombah and Tor Downs, even though they are both straight drafts. Oh I miss merino sheep work…

@breaker0ne9 Curves have worked forever, those yards were built in the 1960’s, I’m not sure why people built straight drafts even then. Probably had a heap of lackies I think. They’re certainly not the best setup.

Late 90’s, me & my sisters pushing up for Dad. We ran a good wing of Merinos as most people in area did then. Different times now, about 1/4 .

@stationmum101 When doing a youth program at a certain major show I think a few people were less than pleased about myself and another person ordering steak on Good Friday at one of the dinners.

There’s a lot of talk today about the religious folk eating fish on Good Friday so let me tell you a story. In case you didn’t know I was raised Catholic, my grandma played the organ at church & I hung out with the nuns on a regular basis.

Are all unis in Australia completely cooked when it comes to admin or only a special few? Latest distance ed story - tell students they HAVE to go to a compulsory instensive school to pass, then don’t create enough places for them to sign up- like anywhere….@CharlesSturtUni #auspol

Managed to capture these two little fellas having a scuffle! (Any rustling, no matter how small grabs my attention, especially at this time of year!) #lizards #skinks #farwestnsw

@stationmum101 I’ve been known to reference my Nuffield report in uni assignments. Never been pointed out as an issue, mind you some marking leaves a bit to be desired, makes it hard to learn and improve when you don’t get feedback.

Not sure the lecturer will take it seriously because the reference is literally Gillian (2001) 😅

Thank you to the person who copied the text book that I need for my assignment (and can't borrow from the Uni SA library) and put it on the internet. Absolute hero.

@Tagger27Shaun Yes that was rather common back in the day! When there’s kids and dogs around I clean them up if they take up residence, but otherwise in the paddock I leave them be.

@flissmcleod My Grandmother kept a small gage shotgun near the front door just for such visitors. Arousing moment seeing your beautiful, butter wouldn't melt in her mouth, elegant Granny whaling on with a shotgun keeping vermin out of the house. She frightened a few door to door salesmen to.
