@FlixBus Very disappointing with Reached pickup point at 2:10 AM bus from Zirakpur to Dalhousie Bus skipped our pickup, host stopped answering calls, and we were stranded nearly 2 hoursHad to pay ₹500 extra to reach Sector 41 and boarded after 4 AM. Entire trip spoiled.

@FlixBus , the worst service ever, customer support is at worst, policy are worst,.. seems making customers fools is the primary service by #flixbus @FlixBus If you book a ticket and if you cancel in advance they won't refund you money they give you vouchers which can't use

@FlixBus hello.. 11:30p bus was late to Washington DC. When it arrived, bus driver stated that we are to sit in our assigned seating. When I got on the bus, sticky soda, chips and a blanket was in my seat. Bus driver told us to get off bus in Balt. MD & still here
