Does anyone know statistic math AND algebra really well? Ive been tryna study in it but im very slow at learning and don't really understand it :c

@kitterkkatter @jirouology @saulballlebron You can start by just doing a trial-and-error in filling in numbers. But that would take you much time, so algebra would come into the picture now. Try to see the pic I attached below. Idk if u get it but it’s called algebraic manipulation

@kitterkkatter @jirouology @saulballlebron In basic algebra, the letter x is commonly used to represent a value which is mostly, a number. For example, 2x-6=10. It won’t be just any number, it should be a number that would make that equation true. So, what would you multiply by 2 that when you subtract 6, you get a 10?

@kitterkkatter @jirouology @saulballlebron And x doesn’t really mean multiply. It depends, but mostly, when you see a variable (which is x, in your example) next to a number without any operations/signs beside it, it usually means multiply. For example, 2x would be different from 2+x
