I want a new pinned tweet so here is a compilation of all the visual novels that I personally rate a 10/10. Some new ones, some that for long still holds a special place in my heart.

It's a sad day, but his legacy and impact will forever live on.

VNDB is seriously one of my fav websites. It's such a well made and comprehensive resource that I might have spent countless hours just looking around. The UI design itself brings an odd sense of comfort and is surprisingly pretty intuitive and convenient.

Forever grateful for the influence VNDB had on my visual novel journey, would've never known half if not most of what I have read if not for my extensive searching on the website's deep and informative database. Seriously thankful for what it has done for me.

Yorhel has passed away He was known for running vndb, a website he created back in 2007 The moderation team is working to preserve the website but cannot provide details at the moment

VNDB founder Yorhel passed away on March 17, 2026. He created the website in September 2007, which eventually became one of the largest visual novel databases on the internet. vndb.org/t24787
