ai baixei um app que me permite bloquear o acesso de qualquer app que eu escolher e permitir que eu abra só por alguns momentos e meio que tá me curando, já são 21h30 e eu usei o instagram menos de 20min hoje, juro to tão mais produtivo e a vida tá tão mais leve
