@MusicJim2 For some reason this band catches a lot of flack. Two of the most memorable songs from my youth were She Sells Sanctuary and Fire Woman. I can still jam out to those songs today.

Circa 2000, Our outgoing Colonel wanted to do something for his paratroopers. So he brought in five, 48 foot trailers packed to the gills with freshly packed parachutes and a shit ton of Blackhawks and pilots that needed flight time. All day you could show up, pack up, and fun jump out of Blackhawks. We loved it because you get a little extra free fall time from copters than planes to make sure you clear the blades. All day we’re ribbing the CWO/WO’s to “See what this thing can do”, and everyone said nah, let’s be good here. Until…. We got that ONE WO who was like ok, let’s do this. He shot that bitch straight up, banked to the left and had us screaming in free fall until he leveled out at some point. We couldn’t wait to get the fuck out of that chopper lol. Best is I had door gunner position on the left so as he was in free fall I was staring straight at the ground.

i flew Black Hawks for the Army(75th RR & 160th SOAR)for 22+ years... best job EVER! MOS 153D... i still fly, if you follow you know i have a small air charter biz(2 helos, 1 fixed wing), but it;s not the same... God Bless & Keep those Warrior Hero's...

@FantasyGalaxies Obi-Wan, Qui-Gon, and Maul had the best choreography in my opinion. Ray Parks (was that his real name? I forget) was awesome as Maul.

What’s your favorite lightsaber duel in Star Wars history? ⚔️

In my opinion they missed a grand opportunity to save this trilogy. It was implied that Vaders essence embodied the saber that was given to Rey. In this final conclusion while the Emperor was beating both their asses, Rey could have asked like, “you want the Dark Lord? Then I’ll give you the Dark Lord!” and then smashed the saber on the ground unleashing Vaders essence once again. Then Vader goes apeshit and destroys everything around him and finally taking out the Emperor for good. Then you could have ended the movie the exact same way as it does.

No matter how much People did not like this movie, you can't deny that Ian nailed his role as Emperor once more and also the sound engineering for this scene on IMAX was out of this world

It had a Dungeons and Dragons game that was so amazing for it’s time. Just like a fog of war in today’s game, the map cleared as you explored. But you could hear the monsters in the darkness as you neared them. The dragons had a growl that was a little louder than anything else and it added a shit ton of suspense. I used to jump as a kid when I heard it lol.
