@marksandspencer I wanted to check the terms of your intro offer on the M&S Rewards Credit Card. On one page it says you get £40 in M&S vouchers ‘when you spend £150 at M&S over 3 months on 2+ purchases’ but another says ‘when you spend £150 across 2+ transactions’

@MandSBank It’s the offer that’s available in the Sparks section of the M&S app
It’s confusing because once you click on ‘find out more’, you get presented with different terminology (see image). “Just spend £150 across 2+ transactions” is not the same as “spend £150 on 2+ purchases”

@MandSBank I’m not going to call you to clarify your marketing! I just want an answer to a really simple question - does this mean spend £150 across two purchases (so could be £75 each) or £150 on 2 transactions (so a total spend of £300). Or does 2+ actually mean 3? It’s confusing.

@marksandspencer Hi there, I’ve been receiving SMS notifications which I didn’t ask for. When I text STOP as per the instructions, there seems to be an issue and the text doesn’t send. I’ve tried this on several occasions now. Could you check the opt out is working please?

@willmgreenhalgh @NotFrankA @superTV247 I’m pretty sure nothing on Sky entertainment channels has got over 1m in the overnights for about 10 years now. Live sport is the only Sky offering that gets that. Linear is pretty dead! This is a great result for them and will presumably get even better on consolidation.

@northernassist Hi there, I need to use delay repay for Sun 30th Nov, as my train to Leeds was delayed due to the signalling issue, but I also couldn’t use my open return to get back home as everything was cancelled. Will this be two separate claims or just one?
