In response to Black History Month, @florence_cantle hosted a Leadership Discovery event with IR Leads of BAME origin today; energising and inspiring session with diverse leadership within the group; sharing lived experience and good practice in EDI; proud to be in the NHS.

Had a successful discussion meeting yesterday with Reading Chinese Christian Church and SE SMP team representing local government on HK BNOs agenda. Further collaboration on the 14/9 event to meet with HK nurses.

76 hits over 24 hours via HKNAUK to confirm the results of the EL rapid assessment test pilot for Hong Kong nurses. Of 68 respondents, 14 at C1 level, 31 at B2 and 24 at below B2, comparable to national stats; seeking funding to support OET training.
