My book about the Irish soldier who became an Indian god is published on August 30th, but available from Amazon at the end of this month amazon.co.uk/Cult-Dark-Hero…. John Nicholson was worshipped by a cult of Nikal Seynis in Punjab.

Nicholson, who led the British assault on Delhi in 1857, can no longer be celebrated as a hero, but remains a major figure of British India. This is the first book-length biography since 1939.
