@IrishWater The boil water notice is the least of the problems, no water since yesterday and no one seems to know when it will be back is a major inconvenience
Following consultation with the HSE, a Boil Water Notice has been issued to protect the health of approximately 8,000 customers supplied by the Newport Public Water Supply in Co Tipperary.

And to anyone still fighting the battle, don't give up. The life waiting on the other side is better than you can imagine.
23 months sober today. 💛🔥
Real recovery is possible.
No matter how broken you feel — if there’s even a tiny spark left, fight for it.
Addiction doesn’t own me anymore.
I’m in the driver’s seat now — rebuilding everything I once lost.

As a Concierge member I’m no stranger to the ever professional crew of @AerLingus but on tonight’s EI177 from Heathrow to @DublinAirport I had the front row to myself and shortly before landing the crew moved up a gentleman who was in a very distressed state. I thought maybe he had a really bad fear of flying but as we got closer to Dublin he got more signal on his phone and word filtered through his young son is just after drowning, and Gardai were coming to get him. As you can imagine the poor man was inconsolable, but cabin manager Claire and her colleague Rachel, and I might add today was Rachel’s first day, were just amazing. The way they connected with him and held him and consoled him as he cried uncontrollably meant that he wasn’t alone at the most painful moment I’ve ever seen someone go through. They both stayed with him and after I collected my bag I saw them taking him through arrivals to meet the Gardai. I’m heartbroken for this man but the compassion Claire and Rachel showed while they were both so visibly upset themselves just highlights how they put the well being of their passengers above everyone else. RIP to that poor little boy
@DecPierce Dec how about a shout out for all in @atusligo_ie class of MSc environmental health and safety starting exams on Monday #BlockRockinBeats me included, taking a time out from study.
Had to be @macneanhouse to celebrate 21 yrs of marriage. From start to finish we were wined, dined, treated like royalty. I can’t thank Neven & his team enough for the amazing meal & whole experience. We were very lucky to get a cancellation otherwise it was Sept. for a table!
