Been a clinical director for almost 5 months. Still feel very much out of my depth at times and imposter syndrome remains strong but so lucky to have amazing "manager" colleagues. Enjoying the challenges + feel immensely privileged being given this opportunity early in my career

First dip of the toe back into clinical "work" today for almost a month with a trip to London for the @RCPhysicians clinical director course. Without doubt one of the best courses I have ever attended. Still nervous to start the CD role but the content was superb and so practical
