Robin Padilla na nauunang naglalakad, kasunod ang isang babae na naka-cap na may dalang mga bag. 2:31 AM makikita si Sen. Bato dela Rosa na dumaan din sa CCTV na nakasuot ng jacket at cap. Kita rin si Sen. dela Rosa na lumabas sa CCTV ng parking. Ayon sa official report na nakuha ng GMA News mula sa isang mapagkakatiwalaang source, 2:30 AM umalis si Sen. Bato dela Rosa sa Senado. 2:32 AM lumabas ang isang puting Fortuner sa Senado, batay sa video ng GMA News. 2:35 AM naman ang time out ni Sen. Robin Padilla batay sa logbook ng Senado. Lumabas din ang puting sasakyan na may tatak na PNP bandang 3:03 AM. Kinumpirma ni Pasay Police Chief PCol. Joselito De Sesto na siya ang sakay ng puting police vehicle pero mariin niyang itinanggi ang mga alegasyon sa social media na may inescortan silang personalidad. Panoorin ang video.
