sorry for the off-topic, guys, but I finally pushed myself to hand in my resignation yesterday🥹

I worked weekends and even during my sick days. I stayed in the office until 3 am and none of it was paid. And now I’m leaving with a bunch of health issues, no personal life, and an empty wallet. Never tolerate terrible working conditions

Sometimes I hate architecture (maybe it’s just bc of my country and mentality) but even with interesting projects, the work culture is toxic almost everywhere
