At last, kinalas! Last week, when we got here and while in Caramoan, I wasn't able to have one, and I refused to leave Bicol without a bowl of this rich noodle soup. This is Naga City's answer to ramen. Aling Cely, a Caramoan native, runs this institution in Naga. #travel #Naga
