@ree_ree_121 you’ll need to section the hair u want lighter out, using a rat tail comb is what i would reccomend. i dont know if you would want chunky highlights on the top or all over ur hair, either way id dye the lighter blue parts first before the dark blue if ur touching up ur whole head
