@GarbageHuman24 American tipping culture is not fare. But have you tried to wait 50 minutes to get served your food in Europe? In USA I would have a choice to say F U, put 0% and financially hurt the waiter for this behavior. In Europe I can only write negative review.

@Jaxweah Please teach me. I'm broke with an infant and a toddler. I work in the call center industry making just about right to make it through the month. Kids will start going to school soon and I don't know what to do. I am in debt like over $3000 in USD and my credit score is very low.

@LinkedInLunat1c The fair way to do it is offer incentive. Do a trial week and if you continue working there full time, then they back pay for that trial week in the first paycheck.
If you don’t continue working there, then you lost 5 days. Worth the risk to both sides in this economy.
