@ravitejak07 @ravikishore144 @TheTeluguDaily_ There is no Bhogapuram ACC. Above FL155 is still controlled by Kolkata/Chennai ACC. There is only Bhogapuram Approach and Bhogapuram tower.

@ravikishore144 @TheTeluguDaily_ For eg, in case of Vijayawada airspace, if flight travel below 15000feet, VGA ATC handles flights. If goes above 15K, control goes to Chennai ACC. In the case of Bhogapuram airspace, below 15K handled by Bhogapuram ATC. Above 15K, control transferred to Bhogapuram ACC(local).

@flyVizag Yes I am aware of what AIRAC is, but I didn’t know that its from July 9th Infact all this time I thought it will start on the 1st of month.

@AndhraNexus @VizagRailways Airports should be built outside of cities but railway stations should be built inside the cities. Worst decision to completely ignore the largest city of AP. New station location should be changed immediately. @sribharatm please act quickly.

@K_P_V_K_2004 New AIRAC 2607 starts from 09 July 2026 so it's updated from that day instead on 08 July. AIRAC is Aeronautical Information Regulation And Control. This is what contains all air navigation data and used in the Aircraft's FMC/MCDU and similar for route planning/dispatch

@SaikiranCHAGAN1 Updated airways and created airspace segments to include Bhogapuram Airport! This is done in a major way to accommodate high airline traffic in future instead of just adding single nod to divert traffic from VOVZ to VOVI

Hyderabad → Visakhapatnam road trip update 🚗 Started from Chandanagar at 3:30 AM and reached Maddilapalem by 12:30 PM with just one breakfast break. The biggest positive? The Khammam–Devarapalli highway is now open for travel. A huge time-saving project that cut down the journey by nearly 1.5–2 hours. Credit where it’s due—this road has made travel between Hyderabad and Vizag much smoother. The disappointing part is the traffic situation in Vizag. I entered the city limits around 11 AM, but covering the last 25–30 km took almost 1.5 hours. For a city with less than one-fourth of Hyderabad’s population, the congestion feels surprisingly worse. The reasons seem obvious: very few flyovers, traffic signals every few hundred meters, and no major ongoing infrastructure projects to ease traffic flow. Vizag is now Andhra Pradesh’s largest city and its growth hub. The question is: what is the long-term plan for traffic management?
