@Delta you are currently holding 250 plus passengers stranded in jfk because the pilot didn’t like the routing. We are over two hours delayed with gorgeous weather in NYC and LA. Flight 773. I want compensation for the continued compounding of this delay.

@AmericanAir , for the 4th consecutive transcon flight your equipment is broken in J. I’m on flight 300 this eve, 10/28, JKF-LAX, with another broken screen in 10C. I paid for this ticket so what are you going to do about it?

@AlaskaAir forces multiple passengers to misconnect in order to wait for employees who were flying for free to board. The call was made by the captain on flight 968 today. I want my money back.
