Kent Heritage Watch attended the inaugural Business networking event @KandESRailway yesterday. The railway announced its aim to raise £25k to preserve its historic buildings. A railway line extension to Robertsbridge will open in 4 years boosting the visitor economy to Kent 🚂

I've really loved hosting this show over the last five years and I think you'll agree we have shared some amazing stories together... We've shown, together, that the arts is not just something to do as an extra in life but an essential part of what it is to be human and I think it is able to help so many through lifes challenges... So although this is the final show, the arts will remain a key part of BBC Radio Kent's broadcasts in the future and will also be a key part of my new BBC Radio Kent daily programme that will begin later this year. Good luck Stephen and Leo i'm really excited to see what we're about to hear on BBC Radio Kent on BBC Sounds and everywhere else... Love Dom x

@DartCharge @sufcessex @DartCharge website still not allowing card to be updated. Tried to register a new card which also does not work. Tried phoning several times over the past month and sat on hold for over one hour with no answer. How are customers supposed to pay? This is appalling service.
