The Oregon International Air Show is flying into Hillsboro Airport May 16–18. You may notice increased noise around HIO during the show and rehearsals—plus some temporary changes to flight paths at PDX. Busiest Times include: May 16: 11AM–3:45PM & 6–10PM May 17–18: 11AM–5PM

Beginning at 8:30 a.m. MAX Red Line will be disrupted due to emergency track repairs near Parkrose/Sumner TC. Shuttle buses will be serving all stations between Gateway/NE 99th Ave TC and Portland International Airport. Expect delays.

🌙Nov 18–21: the OR Air National Guard’s 142nd Fighter Wing will be night training around PDX. This essential practice ensures pilots are ready for action, day or night. You may hear jets in the evening, but they’ll wrap up by 10:30 PM. Thanks for your understanding.

🚨 Aug 19, - Aug 23 Noise Alert! 🚨 Our south parallel runway will be taking a break for some maintenance. During this time, we'll be using the north runway, cover the Columbia River, to keep things as peaceful as possible. Thx for your patience during the closure!

📣Travel Alert 📣 Due to a widespread technical outage, some airlines are delaying or canceling flights today. Check your flight status and/or contact your airline directly before heading to PDX.

MAX Red Line toward Portland International Airport delayed up to 15 minutes through 10:10 a.m. due to an earlier mechanical issue near Beaverton Transit Center.

Due to excessive heat, all MAX trains are running no faster then 35 mph to reduce heat-related mechanical issues. Expect up to 15-30 minute delays.
