I found almost all cultures in the world’s formation stem from one of 10 historical groups, in that those groups with a shared identity in a certain era of history allowed them to coalesce their identity which they have kept until today. They also have a sense of solidarity with other nations in the same bloc. Those are the Indian priests, Chinese bureaucracy, Roman Empire, Niger-Congo migrations, Germanic migrations, Slavic, Turkic, Arab Caliphate and then the British and Iberian colonialism. These are some maps I made of these groups. Cultural maps are by nature very arbitrary so please don’t go full autistic on “why does this tiny part of Canada not belong to Anglo civ.”
