You checked the profit split before buying. Did you check: Drawdown type? Payout minimum? Consistency %? Activation fee? Micro scaling rules? No? Then you didn't buy a trading account. You bought a surprise.

I'm sure the last few days have been hard for some of you that were on the Premium Plan. We also understand how difficult it is to trade let alone be successful at it. We did not want to overpromise and underdeliver with the uncertainty we faced this week as a company. Now that it is officially behind us, and after further talks with our current partners, we want to publicly announce that all of you in “approved for pay” on Premium Plans will be paid. You are currently seeing them as “Premium Pending” in dash. This was always the plan, but with the unfortunate turn of events with our ex partner last week and the issues on the Premium Plan, the fairest way to address Premium Plan users in that moment was to issue refunds. Zero & Advanced Account payouts will be back to the same day as of tomorrow and those Premium Account payouts WILL be made in batches. The first batch which equates to 10% of outstanding Premium Account payouts have been made today. We will be contacting the rest of you directly via email to make sure timelines are communicated effectively. Active Premium Account users are still receiving refunds as well, that has not changed. All of you that have continued to choose Alpha and trading here, we cannot thank you enough for your support in these unusual times and very glad to get back to our typical service with you. My funded is finally above 1k balance, at 1.25k I could request a payout Should I get a 500-600$ payout once 1.3k is hit, or continue trading to have a larger buffer after payout?

Every firm's marketing: 'We want traders who succeed!' Every firm's pricing: optimized for traders who almost do. Both can be true. Your job is to be unprofitable FOR THEM. Boring, consistent, small. The customer they can't monetize.

The funded account doesn't reward your ceiling. It punishes your floor. One -$2,000 day erases ten +$200 days. You're not building a tower. You're guarding a floor. Different job. Different mindset.

Micro contracts exist and you still trade minis in drawdown. That's not confidence. That's refusing to accept where you actually are. Scaling down isn't weakness. It's the only way anyone survives long enough to scale up.

Automated backtesting is so cool

'Firm X denied my payout' stories always skip one detail. Sometimes it's a real scam - those firms exist and deserve the smoke. But half the time? Rule 7.3, page 4, clearly violated. Both stories get the same engagement. Only one of them teaches you anything.

@obamaonabike Clean. The part nobody asks about though - what was your max drawdown getting there? That number tells the real story more than the payout does.

What you do in the next 48 hours is. Most people buy the reset while still angry and blow that one too. Take a week. The account will still be there.

💔 Dear @fundingpips & @Khldfx 😭💔😭 I never thought I would write something like this I borrowed money from a friend to buy this account because I truly believed in my journey. I promised him I would pay him back Yesterday I passed Phase 1. Today I started Phase 2 with patience, discipline, and only 1% risk. Within seconds, everything was gone Right now, I don’t even know how I’m going to face my friend. I don’t have the money to repay him, and it’s breaking me because I gave him my word. One metric predicts your funded survival better than win rate: average trades per day. Under 5: you have a system. Over 10: you have a habit. Check your last week. Right now. I'll wait.

The comment section will tell you prop firms are a scam. The payout receipts will tell you 7% get paid. Both are true. The scam isn't the firm. It's believing you're in the 7% before you've done anything the 7% do.

Today was a great day because on my main acc (lucid) I entered pre london but closed at break even around 2hrs before cpi. And locked myself out, did not take any trades on IQ as I promised myself. And on my topstep I did loose 2 trades (-150 total) and won 1 trade (+300) and
