Web3 teams are expected to ship at an absolutely stupid pace. Sometimes I’m honestly jealous of those web2 VC mfs who raise capital and then just sit there cooking for six months with medium pressure
Going the web3 route lets you gain users and community way faster, but the tradeoff is brutal. Attention spans are short, expectations are high, and you’re expected to cook nonstop.
I still remember peak streaming meta when we launched the chat widget. Hyped it up forever. Finally got @rasmr_eth to try it live on stream.
And of course… something in the backend was broken.
Instant fud lmao. Fun times.
Would’ve loved to have an automated QA tool back then that just pings you in Discord:
“hey, this feature stopped working. here’s why. here’s what broke.”
That’s exactly the kind of problems we’re solving with @qualty_agent.
Shipping fast shouldn’t mean shipping broken.
