@GunnarWilson22 @Danny_RedHot Conference tourneys mean something and there is a meaningful value to everyone has equal opportunity to make it at the beginning of the year. I like the idea of bigger, better final four but not at the expense of conference tourneys.

1) keep AQ for conference tournament winners
2) eliminate conference tournaments & allow top 4 seeds to host regional 1st and 2nd round national tourney
I'm easily in #2 camp if it means bigger and ir cooler Final Four venue

@vvlacrosse I think there are mixed opinions on this. Some people think it is fine, some think it is terrible. It is probably somewhere in the middle, but analyzing and looking for improvement is not a bad thing

@fmojeda @AtlanticLC Part of what doesn't make sense about that article is it seems like there IS an effort from the MCLA to address concerns that are being painted as unreasonable.

@vvlacrosse I think there are many people who are looking at making those improvements to helps teams build a schedule. As @AtlanticLC President I sent out a note to teams so they could know what lead the process this year and use it for next year.

Consistency is vital part of success and there are not consistent threads for a variety of reasons and we can make improvements

@MCLAfan4 We can nitpick this all day. We lost 6 games, we get it. If you look at resumes though only 1 of the bubble teams had a top ten win, another team had 6 losses, two had two+ unranked losses. The chinks in the armor were there for everyone.

@pgosen34 No argument on the games, but we cannot predict that a different team would have done worse or better, so the being good games Is not an indicator of the right picks. Honestly, we will never be able to tell unless we create some alternate timeline....

1. Top 20 Wins (Top 5 > Top 10 > Top 15 > Top 20)
2. SOS (# of ranked opponents per poll)
3. Travel
These have been the historically valued areas (imo). In that scenario, different teams in / out. Recency bias devalues Feb wins/losses
