Day 7 of #hiitchallengewithTicWatchE3 @Mobvoi_Official One week down, 2 weeks to go! The graph doesn’t look very smooth. I did 30 seconds work, 10 seconds rest the whole time.

@mavrickfit @Mobvoi_Official I have a hard time staying above 130 even when working very hard so I usually have to do some jumping jacks or something. It depends on each person’s heart rate. That’s my beef with this challenge. I can’t even throw in planks in my workout because it’ll kill my heart rate.

What do people do during their rest intervals? Just stand take a break? Continue to so some jumping jacks to keep the heart rate up? #hiitchallengewithTicWatchE3
