Everything is already booked.” He responded, “Well, this is a really important client, and I need you to be a team player here.” She stood firm and said, “No, I’m taking my approved PTO.” After that, he didn’t respond.

@Ash_LFC7 Feel like you’re unfairly judging Mamardashvilli. The whole team was in shambles and he was a new keeper thrown in. Very unfair to judge him on that, seen some positive glimpses. A keeper needs a run to get used to the players in front and vice versa.

Glad it’s only a minority but hearing some fans going on about how we need to make a decision on Alisson. We do. We need to extend his contract so he’s here another 5 years at least. Ridiculous how people don’t realise the moment Alisson goes, anyone who replaces him is 5 levels below. Mamardashvili’s small run in our team earlier in the season exposed that. We were conceding goals for fun, (goals Alisson wouldn’t be). This season alone, without Alisson, we are in a relegation battle. Be careful what you wish for. #lfc

I've always argued that Drogba wasn't world class until last month. My definition of who a world class player is: INFLUENCES games in PRESSURE moments CONSISTENTLY. As a striker, his overall numbers (in T5 leagues) aren't impressive when compared to other elite strikers. But "numbers" in isolation can be deceptive. His ability to rise to the occasion, consistently, sets him apart. Title deciders, cup knockout ties, and finals, Drogba was special. Technically underrated. His sheer physical advantage overshadowed that aspect of his game. Special, special player.

Maybe I’m just old school, but I hate the new Champions League format. The old group stage... home and away vs the same 3 teams... built some actual rivalry, especially if you got drawn with the same team in back-to-back years. You learned the matchups, you dreaded the away trip, you circled the “must win” spots. Now it just feels so random. You get an epic match between two teams and you can't look forward to another one. 24 of 36 teams moving on from the Group Stage feels like you can still get rewarded for playing like trash. I'm not a fan. Am I alone?

Mads Hermansen is the perfect example of everything wrong with West Ham btw. Brought in for £20m and literally cancelled a deal last minute with a guy ready to fly to London from Brazil just to have Hermansen. Gets rushed into the team, given 4 games (where he admittedly was very poor) and has now not played a second of football since mid September. Where’s the confidence in your players? Why did you throw £20m at someone only to just believe in them for 4 games. So West Ham now need to sign ANOTHER goalkeeper. There’s no long term plan or strategy. Just throw all your resources at the wall and hope something sticks
