@Coach_Arthurs90 @pntrack No problem. I don't post a lot of my videos on here but I have a ton on Instagram and TikTok. Using it for everything. Jumping, hurdling, sprints, active recovery, you name. I have an affiliate link too but with me I walk you through set up. For regular & overspeed plus a few

Our Track and Field program is looking into resistance training and was looking at this device for our program. Wondering if any coaches have ever used this for their athletes? Saw positive reviews online.

One key differentiator for elite performers? They don’t see it as a sacrifice. Going to bed early, skipping the party, putting in hours of practice... That’s not giving something up. It’s living in alignment with what they care about most.

Not everyone who sees your grind will clap for you. Some will doubt you, some will envy you, and some will quietly study you. But understand this: even in silence, you’re making an impact. People are taking notes on your consistency, your discipline, your growth, and your ability to keep moving despite setbacks.

@fo_isaac for me its, they SA interest in us, as well as mine in them and what they could possibly mean to our program. But first always will start with that SA interest in us.

@fo_isaac They want you to get out the mud on a rainy day with no umbrella. Or either come with a HOF resume already.

Track doesn’t nurture, listen, or give opportunities to its younger coaches like I see other sports do. Most young coaches have great ideas that can help the sport and their individual teams. Give more young coaches a voice & platform and you’ll see the benefits. #trackandfield

Bad advice: "Repeat last season’s training plan. If it worked once, it'll work again." Good advice: "Training isn’t copy-paste. Adapt to your athletes’ needs to keep them progressing and avoid stagnation."
