Sincerely, it is difficult to understand the reason why an access account for fans was created if, in practice, it serves no meaningful purpose. It does not help fans obtain VIP access to shows, does not issue statements to debunk fake news, does not provide support to the fandom, does not offer exclusive content, and, when it does post, it is often delayed. We have already had three shows, the beginning of a tour, and the release of music videos, and this account has not contributed in any way. There is no effort to engage the fandom, nor to organize streaming parties or any kind of collective support. Given this, the question remains: what is the actual purpose of this account? One assumes there is some form of compensation involved, but for doing exactly what? Simply reposting fan videos throughout the day does not constitute effective work. There is no interaction with the fandom, nor is there any real effort to provide updates or information about ROSALÍA. So, what exactly is your purpose, @hola_rosalia?

I may be risking losing a significant privilege as a fanbase by speaking out against this, but I do not care. Over the past few years, ROSALÍA has created several fan access platforms such as holamotomami, a Discord server, a WhatsApp channel, and even a Substack account, and since then, everything has been abandoned. I ask myself, what is the point of encouraging fans to follow and take part in these initiatives if you are not going to maintain them? If you are not even able to properly manage ROSALÍA’s main profile, which has over 28 million followers and whose reach is being harmed by the lack of interaction, why continue creating more platforms?
