@ubnt @ubnt As I have not heard back in a timely manner, unfortunately I’ve had to escalate my complaint to PayPal. I will also be rejecting the UPS delivery tomorrow where the parcel has been shipped without my consent, even though I’ve made it clear in emails I do not want the items.

@ubnt I am trying to cancel orders since last week. Have had no confirmation and your team seem to be dodging the question. Technical Support team just ping pong between the EU Store team, then claim order number not found. Online reviews back me up in this user experience.
