Last week, I wrote about how the winner of the SaaSpocalypse will be your knowledge base. In a world where AI agents query, transform, and analyze your data, the real winners will be the ones that own each end of the agent workflow: - The input nodes where you extract data from. - The output layer where you write the result to. The Knowledge base (Docs, Notion, etc.), Slack, and your CRM all serve as both input and output nodes. This means that more AI will mean more documents written, more messages sent, more records update, and less SaaS reporting tools crunching data from APIs. Build there.

@HakimiHQ The skills + money part, yes. The "people are mostly self-interest" angle gets weird fast though. Some of us are just tired and avoiding emails.

Learn how the world works, not just how you wish it worked. People are often driven by incentives, fear, ambition, comfort, and self-interest so pay attention to actions more than words. Build useful skills, protect your reputation, manage your money early, and choose your relationships carefully. Opportunities usually come to people who are prepared, reliable, and visible not only to the most talented. Be kind, but do not be naïve. Be confident, but stay teachable. Work hard, but work strategically. The world can be unfair, so do not wait for perfect conditions or permission to begin. Keep learning, stay disciplined, and create value wherever you are.
