One thing I'm never going to wrap my head around as a black person/woman, is how white people carry more empathy for dogs/animals than they do me, and anyone who looks like me - even my children. It's this deep resentment I've never articulated, but living in a system that makes it clear a dog/animal's life is more valued than your own? It fucks with you.

Florida’s unemployment rate is ABOVE the national average and it’s only GROWING. The latest state jobs numbers show we lost over 43k jobs all in critical industries. Florida had one of the worst performing job markets over the past year. Our state needs to stay focused on adding private sector jobs and driving down cost of living — just like President Trump is trying to do across the country.

Hey - first off, this was venue error. It says so in the email. Secondly, I can share why it took long. This was not a cookie-cutter bot or account problem. This was a novel cybersecurity issue. Once we found it, we had to take time to offer remediation opportunities. Cancelling tickets is a drastic action, we don't take it lightly. Once that time window elapsed, we worked with artist teams to prepare communication. All of this takes time to get right. I don't pretend that we are perfect, far from it. We have a lot of work ahead of us. We need to improve. But, we are not scalpers. And we are not making 2X from this, that notion is false.

About 100 fans were affected after VIP tickets were made available by the venue in error yesterday. Those exact seats had been promised to other fans who participated in last week’s Ticket Request. We've confirmed that it didn't happen in any other markets.

i haven’t been affected but i will say that i don’t think “understanding” is enough. it’s getting ridiculous the amount of fluctuations and mistakes your site, staff, and company have made. these are real life people, making real life plans—and to you it’s an “oopsie”. shame on u.
also do you wanna tell us why it took 3mo to track down scalpers and pull those tickets? bc the people who bought resale from the scalpers you took forever to catch also got screwed. and you ended up making 1.5-2x on each ticket like you were the scalper the entire time.

MET Museum refused the president of South Korea and his Korean art donations, telling them they are booked out. The president's Secretary said that when "he pulled BTS card" mentioning that BTS will look for another museum then, "the treatment completely changed".
Thanks to BTS, MET accepted the Korean art donated, proposed a small event, ultimately even opened their Roof Garden offering to host Korean Day, and even allowed the first lady access to the MET art storage. Even the presidental Secretary couldn't believe this is happening.
Let me repeat, all thanks to BTS, from the mouth of the presidental secretary himself. MET concluded BTS as much more valuable guest than the mf president of an important country.
