🚨🇨🇦 The Air India 182 Tragedy: A Mechanic’s Suitcase Bombs Killed 329 Innocents While Canada Watched Inderjit Singh Reyat, a car mechanic and electrician living in Duncan, British Columbia, built the deadly bombs in his own garage. He procured dynamite (claiming it was for removing tree stumps), batteries, timers, detonators, and other components. He assembled two sophisticated suitcase bombs, one that would later explode on Air India Flight 182, killing 329 innocent people, and another that detonated at Narita Airport in Japan, killing two baggage handlers. On June 4, 1985, @csiscanada agents followed Reyat and Talwinder Singh Parmar (leader of Babbar Khalsa) into the woods on Vancouver Island. They watched them test one of the explosive devices. The agents heard a loud explosion but mistakenly thought it was gunfire. CSIS had active wiretaps on the suspects, yet critical intelligence was not effectively shared or acted upon. RCMP had received classified warnings about a potential attack on Air India flights for the weekend of June 22-23, 1985. Air India operated weekly flights from Canada, and there had been multiple prior alerts about Sikh extremist threats. Despite this, a cascading series of failures in intelligence sharing, analysis, and security measures between CSIS, RCMP, and other agencies allowed the plot to succeed. This remains Canada’s worst terrorist attack, the deadliest act of aviation terrorism until 9/11. 329 innocent Canadians and passengers lost their lives. Decades later, the threat of Khalistani extremism has not disappeared. Canada-based networks continue to promote violence, fundraise, and operate with concerning freedom, as even recent CSIS reports acknowledge ongoing risks to national security and Canadian interests. Another attack does not feel far from the door. We must learn the real lessons. And we must act decisively now, before history repeats. 📹Credit: @WaliRuchi

Today, a new tyranny wears the saffron robe of #HinduRashtra, and it turns its gaze upon #Panjab —not with swords first, but with smiles, invitations, and the slow poison of assimilation. There was a time, not long ago, when the Bharatiya Janata Party @BJP4India and its parent, the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh, @RSSorg beat the drums of war against #Darbar_Sahib and the #Sikh_nation. They praised themselves for pressuring Congress @INCIndia into the assault on our holiest shrine, framing our martyrs Sikh as terrorists, and enemies of the state. #Bollywood, their faithful court jester, sang songs of vilification. Singers and scriptwriters were deployed like foot soldiers to paint the armed struggle for a #sovereign_panjab as madness rather than the natural voice of people who refuse to bow. They achieved much of their design in the rest of #India by this very method~divide, demonize, and digest. Yet behold the same @BJP4India today, bending low to please the Sikhs. Why this sudden courtship? Power. Pure, unadorned power. They seek to complete their vision of #one_nation_one_language_one_religion—a #Hindu_Rashtra where Sikh identity dissolves into the vague, all-swallowing category of #Sanatan. They have never abandoned this agenda, only adjusted its pace. The caste system they claim to transcend still thrives beneath the surface, for hierarchy serves empire. But for the Sikh, who rejects caste with guru sahib’s guidance, they offer a subtler erasure, call us part of the fold, invite our so-called leaders to their events, and slowly replace #GuruGranthSahib’s sovereignty with the Sangh’s playbook from Nagpur. Look at the evidence of their design. They invite @BJP4India figures to Sikh institutions. They cultivate figures like #HarnamDhumma das—not a true Mukhi of the #Taksal, but a Sanatan product seeded for this very purpose. These modern masands traitors within the panth—work in concert with deras,#RadhaSoami, #SachaSauda, #Namdhari, and others. They peddle diluted spirituality while delivering Sikh votes and loyalty to the central power. History has taught us how to deal with masandhs. The Khalsa knows its remedy against internal corruption that threatens the body of the Panth. Panjab is not free under this so-called #largest_democracy.Elections are theater for the world stage,stage-managed rituals to fool #global_observers while the strings are pulled from #Delhi. India’s democracy is a mask, beneath it lies centralized control, intelligence agencies, and economic strangulation. Panjab’s water, its fields, its youth, its spirit, all are eyed for absorption. The same machinery that framed Sikh resistance as terrorism now seeks to neutralize it through co-option. They have conquered much of India by this pattern. Now their eyes fix solely on completing the conquest of the #Sikh_homeland. This is not mere politics. This is the eternal struggle between slavery and sovereignty, between assimilation and the distinct rooh (soul) of Sikhi. Guru Nanak Dev Ji rejected the tyranny of both throne and temple. Guru Gobind Singh Ji forged the Khalsa as a nation of the free #Raj_Karega_Khalsa. We are not a sect to be absorbed into #SanatanDharma. We are a sovereign people with our own history, language, institutions, and destiny. #TheAkalTakht does not bow to Nagpur. #DarbarSahib does not become a footnote in someone else’s Rashtra. The time for polite accommodation is ending. We must expose the propaganda, reject the false mukhis and deras who serve as bridges for assimilation, and reclaim the Panth’s institutions. Let the world see that Sikhs are not Hindus in turbans, but a distinct nation forged in the fire of martyrdom. The cause of #Khalistan #the_sovereign_Sikh_homeland—is the cause of every people who refuse to be erased. @unitedsikhs @WorldSikhOrg @sikhsiyasat @SatlujTV @SFJ_US_Official @sikh_parliament @AISSF1944 @SAD_Amritsar @dal_khalsa #México @CNN @nytimes
