My oomfs, quick question for y'all: How do you stay ahead of convention news and local/offline fan meetups? I have a goal to attend at least 2 cons before 2026 is over. I know Celebration 2027 is a wash being sold out, but I always hear about conventions after tickets are gone, or when there's like a day or two to go till the event and I can't plan for it. What kinds of, accounts, websites, etc. or strategies do you use to catch events early? Grateful for any tips #swtwt. 👇

@StarWarsMeg1 Good advice. I feel there’s a lot of pressure in creator spaces to show your face…some of us just aren’t ready yet, or just don’t want to, and that should be ok.

I nearly did a face reveal a few years back, but I am very happy that I didn’t. I give a certain section of this “fandom” enough ammo because of my voice which they love to dissect and criticise. Always protect yourself first

I finally watched Maul Shadow Lord and I really liked Devon, so I had to draw her 🩷

@Quicksilver2D He’s a victim and a villain. You try to feel for the guy, he has his moments (the reflection in shadow lord episode 8) but then he’s right back to his old ways. It’s the only mental model he’s ever known. Sisyphus just can’t set the boulder down.
