Valve built its service for 22 years either the customer being its first priority. Epic built their platform around Fortnite with no real plan, vision , or consumer first policy, you can’t compare a finished product built vs a barebones product with a head who can’t see past Fortnite’s success, a game whose player base is dwindling so much epic had to lay off 1000 employees. I don’t see GoG or Itch having these issues and they have a platform with potential for growth and the Consumer placed on a pedestal.
