I cannot express just how satisfying it is to be wearing this jumper. The wool was shorn from our own sheep, cleaned, carded, spun and eventually knitted. It is so warm and feels like Im wrapped in the #Preselis themselves. Thank you sheep. 🐑 thank you Ase for knitting it.

Daughter has come back to visit us from a long stay in the US so I’ve baked a Victoria Sponge cake with homemade Elderberry jam and butter icing. Cooked tea as well, I’m a busy housewife 😉😄

Great day yesterday at RSPB Frampton @RSPBNorfolkLinc 23 species of wader...and I photographed a butterfly!!! Ok it was a beautiful Clouded Yellow.

@Sharon1111932 Today,even in this concrete box , i can feel the power of Autumn so strongly this year. My friend summed it up sending me a fuschia picture. I guess its spring where you are.

@forder_phil Yes Phil, I am watching flow, my own breath in and out. Also watching my body's flow as well as watch nature's flow, I sit outside and meditate all day on flow, it's for my art work. Although I have spent many years meditating🌱🌿🌻
