I guess they don't know that China has a delete-A program well under way & fully domestic PCs from HW are available. As well as Gitcode & Modelscope, their version of Github/HF. Or OpenHarmony which is China's Android. Or Gauss, MetaERP, WPS. Or linux based OS like Kylin & UOS. But fundamentally, govt organizations & SOEs have been encouraged to use domestic OS & desktop for several yrs now (especially after October 2022). Do ppl really think that China hasn't been planning for the scenario of a full US embargo on technology?
