Just as a reminder to non-korean speaking qsmp fans! Pronouns aren’t really used in korean conversation like it is in english. Example: Saying “eating right now(me)” will prompt the translator to fill in the gaps and will say “you are eating right now.” cont.⬇️

@forestgranted has this been changed, because for me acau is acau?

acau's name on the qsmp app should not be translated to "crocodile," just as we never called etoiles "star," but by his actual name. this was an internal issue back in qsmp1 as well that i called out, but it seems it hasn't been fixed.

and i want to urge qsmp to treat translation as the art form that it is, with the utmost care, importance, and priority. professionals should be involved for a project as massive as this one; translation cannot be handled by AI alone.

i want to urge qsmp viewers to keep blind spots in mind, especially now with 10 languages. tweets from certain languages (especially with different script) are not going to show up algorithmically
