On my FOURTH tabletop icemaker for the machine shop (hospital nugget ice love that stuff) in 12 months & different brands too but I think they all use the same compressor motor because they all fail in about 3 months. Some lock up while others like this one overheat & fault out.

I’m thinking you probably have more complex taxes than me but I’ve found success by (1) using fewer banks to lower form count (1-2) (2) pre-preping with excel1040.com (guy in the Midwest, who makes an Excel version of 1040 every year) (3) using free tax usa for final submission Maybe this helps you, but I have a feeling your stuff just might be more complex.
