@Iain_MacGregor1 Hi - thanks for getting in touch. It looks like the bridge you’ve shared isn’t on land managed by us and belongs to a private landowner. We’d recommend sticking to the waymarked trail at Ariundle, as this is checked and maintained for visitor safety...

@ForestryLS you need to take a look at the pathway in Ariundle Wood, the erosion is very bad. The bridge is dangerous.

Glen Affric will offer good habitat for the beavers to establish themselves and become fully integrated into the local ecosystem. In turn their activities will create and improve habitats used by countless species of plants and animals for food, shelter, and reproduction.

Beavers have officially returned to Glen Affric. Working in partnership with @treesforlifeuk and @BeaverTrust a family and a pair of beavers have been released into Loch Beinn a Mheadhoin on land we manage in Glen Affric National Nature Reserve.
