Customer service, communication and accountability. They lack all three. Very few business are successful without at least trying to convince customers these three principles are practiced, true or not. @EA doesn’t even try. Support is non-existent (@EAHelp), bot produced bans, consistent miscommunication or lack of communication by @EASPORTS_CUT. This is not a business model that would succeed outside of recreational gaming. If I don’t like the taste of something, I don’t eat it. So, I have chosen not to support @EASPORTS any longer. I hope those that do are simply having fun.

I’m seeing a lot of the following comments about #CFB26 #CUT26 within the last week: - “Game is horrible” - “Content is horrible” - “Packs are horrible” Game: I understand dropped picks can be frustrating but to me if that’s the biggest issue in the gameplay… it’s in a good spot (could the drop picks be better? 10000% yes), especially with defense guys getting discounted house call & 90+ catch ratings, dropped picks are almost non-existent for me… There are multiple metas people use, ran & pass are both viable, abilities are in a good spot. Don’t need abilities but they do help but aren’t game breaking. Content: We have gotten WAY more content than we had last year. Content isn’t just player drops and packs this year, they attach an event to almost every promo now. Giving free packs, players, and/or tokens. Most of the event rewards have been sellable as well. We are coming off 2 of the best events this game (25 & 26) has ever had, making people MILLIONS & you didn’t even have to play the game really if you didn’t want to, to get the packs… Maybe an unpopular opinion but not every promo each drop can “1 up” the previous drop. Just not viable for longevity of the game. So of course there will be a promo that “isn’t the best” but still provides value in some way (from events, market, etc). They’ve given out more free cards this year and only 1-2 have been cards that “couldn’t” play on people’s teams. More trophy store players giving more options to use the upgrade token on. They’ve experimented with didn’t way to use trophies each season as well. Sets were non-existent last year, this year they’ve experimented with some drops but have cooked with others (Homegrown LTD set, Blue Chips LTD set, etc) Packs: Fun fact, CFB has the best packs in ANY other sports game, and I’m die on that hill. Please, I encourage you to go play other sports games (Madden, MLB, EAFC, NHL) and let me know how the packs are! Now when it comes to packs for points (real life money!) I feel like they have gotten better in same ways & and worse in others compared to last year. Last year, boosters were better and were actually pretty good until a couple seasons into ‘26. Are there still value in them for sure people/situations, 100% but do you have to buy them every drop, nooooo. One area they have excelled at, have been platinum offers/packs/bundles. Been the best value packs/bundles to buy with points all year (except for the platinum opportunity packs… ew) Are there to many packs only available with points? Yes. Should they reduce the price of packs? Yes. However, again I encourage you to go check out the games listed above and tell me what you find in the store as well. As for packs being expensive, should the bundles be $50, $75, $100? Nope. However I think it’s just product of multiple things: online betting/gambling, irl card packs/boxes prices, etc. I hope they start reducing the price of them, but I have my doubts.
