@foreverspirals adhd havers find out once you get older you unlock the ability to get casual interests that aren’t all consuming and don’t know how to handle it /j

@chewwypepsicola Yeah like the interests enter my rotation of things I can get really into but it’s not as all consuming as it felt when I was younger. It can still feel odd though… a bit like that empty no hyperfixation feeling

@foreverspirals nodding, for me its like, they last for a while and become a constant part oft things i care about but have nowhere near the same level of intensity as before, i guess that helps them live longer and keep me interested in them rather than being super intense and super short
