Team Forwards500 consists of 3 former rugby-playing forwards who've taken up cycling to raise money for @mndassoc. One of the team sadly lost their mum to this horrendous disease, so we are trying to make a difference for those families affected by MND. @DoddieBaaBaas

Good to see the @forwards500 crew joining in with the @DoddieBaaBaas team. A great start to the year, and will kick-start our training for our 2nd mammoth challenge happening in August. Gotta keep banging that drum and raising funds. We know only too well what this disease does!

Tragic news indeed. Another soul lost to this unforgiving disease. More needs doing, and doing now. It's so unfair on those families supporting and seeing their loved ones in this way. It's truly horrific, trust me!

Well, we did it. 503 miles in 6 days travelling from Weymouth to Blackpool on bikes. The weather gave us everything, but we stuck together and completed our epic challenge for @mndassoc . Closing in on £7K being raised too. #MND. @MndQuirk is a star too. #missyoumumx #charity
