@KFC @Waterfront Store. I must your service people have a shit attitude. The cash teller currently on shift is fucken rude. Busy counting cash and with no communication as we wait. I must say you just lost a customer due to her. A simple communication would have been better.

@KenyaAirways I am very disappointed how my reservation has been felt with. I have bee n on the phone today for almost 2 hours trying to resolve a booking i made with you guys and still no luck. BAD Customer Services till now no one has called me to follow up on my complain.
