@nickgraynews When CO2 is high we know that ventilation is inadequate. That means that VOCs emitted from various stuff found indoors will also be high. That is another more serious hazard.

@nickgraynews That is too high. The only way is constant ventilation. You need outdoors air to pass through. Two small window/door openings will suffice since they will create the required air flow. If that is not possible then HVAC installation is another more expensive way.

Found this very interesting article today mceglowski.substack.com/p/a-primer-on-… It has many interesting points and I will contemplate about it throughout my day. One important thing I learned is that CO2 scrubbers are limited to 3,500 ppm. Which is awful for cognitive function.

I think premium domain names might be worth a bit less in the new world of AI In the past when people would go to a website you wanted a premium short dot-com domain name that showed authority But how does that work when everything goes through ChatGPT or Google Gemini?

I really hate the phrase “over-served” to describe someone who drank to much like “He was so drunk! @nickgraynews For complex projects vibe coding can be an impediment. I would expect a 20% productivity boost if the developer knows how to use LLM coding assistants properly. Otherwise expect a productivity drop.

here's a bit more about the project for anyone interested my budget for an MVP is $1000 this is a great project for someone who already uses Cursor, Replit, Windsurf, or at least half a dozen other AI tools regularly I want to hire an advanced and technically-savvy vibe coder to help me MVP a project this week There are 3 main components of this project: (1) scrape data from 50 different websites & pdfs for example only: I want to collect data from car dealerships in the state of Texas in the USA I want to review their list of employees on each dealership However, the employee names might also be listed in their monthly newsletters or annual reports (PDFs) - so you have to scan different sources for that information (2) notice relationships in the data If someone named "Jenny Guilmare" is listed as working at multiple car dealerships, we can assume she either works at multiple places or has worked at them in the past I want you to collect all of her relevant data, mentions, etc into her database record in a coherent way (3) build a website using programmatic SEO to display this data Finally, create profile pages for each of the car dealerships and listing their employees Each of the employees gets their own web page, listing where they work, their work history or other employment locations, and any mentions of them we found from scraping note - this is all just an example. I don't actually want car dealership data or employment info, but the realm is directionally correct - the data we will be working with is more related to the arts & culture field TECHNICAL STACK I want to use Cloudflare Workers or other Cloudflare services for a lot of this project. This is my May 2025 asset allocation - 84% stocks - 8% real estate - 5% cash - 3% other Last update I mentioned that I wanted to divest some of my Vanguard Emerging Market ETF. I did not do anything yet. It was down, and now it is up again. I don’t know what to do. Like most of my holdings, I generally benefit from not doing anything. So I continue to hold it. Valentine’s Day 2025 was the highest point of my net worth ever. Down bigly since then. I should use Kubera to track so I have a better idea of my YTD and overall performance. The commercial property investment in Montana from my last update did not pan out. I tried my best, but alas. Cash is generating 4.13% in a money market account now. I don't have a lot to deploy and happy to sit on it. In my memo on my family office site, I typed up details on 4 of my real estate investments: a hotel in Colorado, a motel in Colorado, a warehouse in Wyoming, and some land in Montana I'll link the full memo in the reply

@nickgraynews Correction: VEA is developed markets. The ETF symbol for emerging markets is VWO for the Vanguard FTSE Emerging Markets ETF.

@nickgraynews 3. VEA. I have yet to see emerging markets outperforming the US or Global index. Most allocate because of FOMO but they forget that emerging market stock exchanges are garbage and not mature like NYSE and NASDAQ. Not worth it. IVV or VT.
