@AlphaCatPA I did. They were having an issue with the driver who came at the same time. That doesn't give you the green light to curse at them or make them uncomfortable like you're trying to justify right now. They're people.

@foxandsonphilly I was very disappointed in the way your staff ignored the customers and were horsing around with each other instead of listening! When I was trying to order, cashier kept turning away to talk about the DoorDash driver instead of paying attention. Look at that part of the video!

@foxandsonphilly I KNOW I ordered this with fruit! Your staff was too busy complaining about the DoorDash driver to listen to customers. 😾

@AlphaCatPA I watched and spoke with him. Not what happened. You are very unkind and rude to good people. Please reevaluate how you interact with others. Not a reason to curse. If you asked they would have made you the classic funnel cake once it was clear that there was a miscommunication.

@foxandsonphilly I didn’t ask for a vegan funnel cake! My exact words to cashier were “a GLUTEN-FREE funnel cake with fruit” When it showed up on the register as “vegan” I asked why it said that, cashier said something like “They’re all vegan now” Biggest problem is your staff not LISTENING!

@AlphaCatPA My employee was very kind to you and offered to remake the funnel cake or give you a refund (correct reaction), but he explained nicely and clearly (I watched the video) that our vegan funnel can't be cooked lighter than that. He refunded you. Your reaction is out of bounds.
