So, I’m thinking of getting a friend to help. It might cost more, but it’s a great way to build friendship, and that’s hard to find these days. Once the bike is done, I’m definitely taking it on a trip to test it off-road.

I’ve got the right tools now to strip this bike down and get it properly maintained, but honestly? I have absolutely no idea how I'm going to put it back together. I expect to have a pile of parts I don't know how to rebuild.

I am concerned about the brake's functionality after what I've done to it. You know, when you're a kid, and you don't have brakes on your BMX bike, you jam your shoe into the tire. I think that's what might happen to my dirt bike.
