The creative format I was MOST skeptical of was the Yapper ad. And now it's a consistent winner… I don't love the name. But it's someone just chatting naturally about the product. Not scripted UGC or a hard sell. So it feels more like a conversation than a pitch. So it never feels like somebody is trying to sell you something. And that's exactly why it works.

Here's what to do if you've been chasing power:

Your network determines your net worth, but your character determines whether you can sustain what your network helps you build. Connections get you opportunities. Character keeps you there. One opens doors. The other keeps them open. I've watched talented people lose everything because they had the skills but lacked the character. They got the platform but couldn't handle the pressure. They gained influence but let it corrupt them. They achieved success but imploded because their foundation was weak. Build character in private before you build platforms in public. Develop integrity in obscurity before you step into visibility. Strengthen your foundation before you add weight to your structure. The higher you rise, the deeper your roots need to go. Don't skip the foundational work.
