Trowbridge Town FC would like to extend their well wishes to former player Jamie Dennison, who is recovering from Sepsis, which he developed in December during a routine operation.
Jamie is pictured below with friends/family, including TTFC Vice-Captain Steven Fox. He faces a long road to recovery, and will be unable to work during this time.
Jamie's family are therefore raising money to help support him financially during this time and to ensure that they can keep Jamie’s home whilst he undergoes his recovery, and until he is able to return to work.
Being able to do this will help make the recovery much less stressful. If you can help, please support using the GoFundMe link above.

THROWBACK THURSDAY: 1939-1940
We're taking it OLD SCHOOL for this week's Throwback Thursday, as we take a sneak peak into what life was like for Trowbridge Town during the outbreak of World War 2.
Having played 2 matches in the Western League Division Two (that's going back some years!), the outbreak of WW2 caused the league to be suspended, as with all official football activity in the United Kingdom.
Several teams were keen to continue, and approached the league with an idea: The War-Time Western League.
The league was contested by 11 teams, starting in October, ranging from Chippenham Town, Paulton Rovers and Glastonbury, to reserve teams from Bath City, Bristol City and other teams such as Bristol Aeroplane Company.
The Bees would go on to top the league and win the inaugural War-Time Western League, playing 20, winning 18, and losing just twice.
Dave Prentice ended the season top scorer on 19 goals, closely followed by Jabez Powell and Ken Abrahams.
Bristol Aeroplane Company finished 2nd, some 6 points behind, with Radstock, Peasedown Miners Welfare and Glastonbury completing the top 5!
The squad in the photo below is believed to be from the 1939-40 season, although it's near impossible to verify this some 84 years later.
